Very careless with all paper work .

The don't know how to file document It just one big joke

lost my deeds and they have made no effort to find or to keep in touch, to let me know what going on what (They just have one law there own)

Calling several time into the Oswestry office phone calls and e mail. Still no responds they just can't be bothered and the staff are or rude with no customer service

If the person I needed to speak with was not available, a colleague would provide continuity of service
