Took My Money Then Went Into Liquidation
I paid this company over £2000 to update my will, complete Lasting Power of Attorney and estate planning . Before I had a chance to sign the documents I received a letter to say they have gone into voluntary liquidation. Having looked on companies house I can see that the same director does this regularly. Dissolving one company then starting another up with a slightly different name.
I score one star because it wont let me score zero.
I was saddened to hear FT was dissolved, if you would like to contact me, I would be happy to draft anyone's documents free of charge, just look for Certainty Estate Planners, I left FT prior to them being dissolved

It should be illegal to set up again until they've paid all their creditors off.
They are starting up again under the same address but called yourlegacyplanning
You can also go to the FCA and complain about Your mortgage decisions, and explain that you were not aware or explained that adding the plan to your mortgage and paid over the term will cost you over 10k.
Yes all the fees were added to my re-mortgage but that was back in september so they have already been paid. I can tsee that the lender woud be interetsed
They are part of the IPW, contact them, also speak to your lender, as they would have added the costs of your will to your loan.my contact should you need it. 0.7.8.2.5.8.7.3.9.4.0.

Our Estate Planning Presenter was amazing. Having never written a will before both myself and my husband were a little lost. Everything was explained clearly so that we could understand and I was able to split my will in a way that I never thought possible. Defiantly worth the money for the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to change things as many times as we needed until it was exactly to our satisfaction. Communication was good and we were kept up to date regularly.
This company is closing and they keep trying to deny the truth by flagging these reviews.

He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He explained everything succinctly in real terms that were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend him. The product is good as there are many pitfalls which we weren't aware of that can be avoided by using this service. To use a do it yourself will kit is false economy.

Excellent And Professional Service
Since my initial dealing with Fielding Triggs in 2014 I have reviewed my affairs on two occasions and although the service provided has been good in the past I must say that their estate planning presenter on this occasion provided a first class service.
The estate planning presenter obviously asked the standard and expected questions to obtain the necessary information to create our wills but he also raised points and asked questions of us that had not been considered previously which ensured that matters we had not previously covered were now included in our will.
The estate planning presenter provided an excellent professional service, he was knowledgeable in his subject and was easily contactable for questions.

From the outset we knew the cost of the making of the will including estate planning.
The estate planning presenter, from now on referred to as 'he/him', was professional and crystal clear throughout the process. He was patient and at all times helpful in explaining some of the more complicated choices and their outcomes in a simple and understandable way.
Making a will, or a new one, can be a forbidding exercise. It was a relief to have an estate planner who was understanding of our concerns and was obviously well-informed as he spelled out the choices for us in a jargon free way.
We had some tough decisions to make and he listened patiently as we worked through them. He was also patient as we made corrections to several of the drafts of the wills and expressions of wishes.
We learned a lot about his personal experiences, which put us at ease and which in the main was also helpfully informative.
We have already recommended him to some of our family and friends. It was a thoroughly useful and pleasant experience with him.
