The overall feeling of dealing with the firm was good. Correspodence as required was prompt and the legal points and arrangement were very clearly presented for my understanding. My main and almost only contact with the company was always very courteous and his correspodence clearly written. The medical consultants were well chosen from a professional and personal point of view. There are two points which I found not very helpful.

Early correspodence gave no indication of a quick and early settlement, quite rightly so. However, the case plan gave a different point of view.

At least one 'face to face' should be a must. Smooths out uncertainties, and discussion of consulant's findings.
