Our company has been with Jelf for three years for our business insurance. We moved after having a very bad experience with another broker. In november last year we had to claim through Jelf due to water flooding through the roof of our building overnight. I called my Jelf representitive and he was at our premises within 2hours. He arranged for the loss adjuster to attend that day. There was damage to our stock and contents which amounted to 40, 000. I was unable to find the invoices for much of the stock as much of it was historical stock which had been there for some time. They asked me to simply make a list of items that had been damaged and to estimate their replacement value. Our claim was settled in full minus the £250 excess within 7 days and Jelf brought the cheque to our offices. Their service is excellent and hassle free. They are the only company I trust to look after our Insurance
