Investors in People is a good organisation. It helps businesses retain staff through training and rewarding them so they become a loyal and happy work force. After all they are the forefront of your business and if they are happy they will want to make your customers happy.
I found this review very helpful because...I have been trying to deal with a company that is apparently NOT registered with Investors in People and they have proved to be totally appalling. It's a pity they were not registered with Investors as their customer service was so bad I ended up in hospital for 10 days enduring 7 hours of surgery with an ankle broken in 5 places I would have had them removed from the list. Zurich insurance refuse to accept any responsibility for its own or its sub contractors' actions.
