Been using accounting freedom for the last year or so , and. Cannot complain about their service at all . One point accountant seems to have taken care of all my year end accounts & at a very reasonable price. . Thanks . Would not hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a professional service. I have used Accounting Freedom for the past three years, and have always found the service they offer to be straightforward, clear and concise - and my dealings with all the members of staff there have been pleasant and professional. I was a complete novice with regards to accountancy when I started my business three years ago - Accounting Freedom have given me backup, support and advice which I have always felt I can fully rely on, leaving me free to get on with the day-to-day running of my business itself. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

PS: I had an email from xxxxxx re problems with my PAYE reference no. I just wanted you to know that she managed to resolve them for me in a very short space of time. She did an excellent job and got back to me exactly when she said she would. Thought you'd like to have this feedback from me.

I don't want to spend much time to write about them, because it is waste of time.One thing, what I can say is, they are not professional at all in any part of dealing with them. I suggest there are better accountants out there, they are specialised in what they are doing and you will learn professionalism from them. Accounting Freedom is utter waste fellows.

I can only assume the five star review was written by someone from the company, or by someone who had no dealings with the several contacts I had. I sacked these accountants around a year ago for repeatedly forgetting to file returns and accounts. The first accountant I was given in Accounting Freedom simply , and I quote, "Forgot" to file my accounts before an HMRC deadline ( got all the threatening letters to prove it ). The next accountant I was given (after the first guy left) was even worse. He never replied to emails or phone calls and I would go on record to say, he lied about filing returns. I eventually realised this guy had never even registered me for self assessment - ofcourse the first I knew was when I began receiving red letters from HMRC. The extent to which they screwed up my accounts was only made evident when I sacked them and had a new set of accountants look into what had and had not been done - I am still finding errors and still trying to rectify the mistakes. Obviously you may get a great service, and perhaps my experience was limited to a handful of people, but with so many accountants , I dont think its worth the risk.

I started a business and didnt have a clue about accounts and tax.

These guys set up a limited company for me and i took out their all inclusive package which let me speak to my accountant as much as i needed too.

I thought this would be more expensive but it was actually cheaper than another accountants quote who was going to charge me for everything he did.

Certainly recommend them to my friends and business colleagues.
