I would like to congratulate Hardeep and his team on providing a fantastic accountancy service. Compared to my old Accountants, this is MILES better! I feel confident and satisfied that I'm being looked after as an individual and the 'one size fits all' approach is not used as with many other poor firms out there. I would definitely recommend them, no doubt.

Hardeep Mangat and his team who have taken over 1ca are a breath of fresh air. Quick to respond and actually KNOW what they are talking about.Initially when they took over there were some "teething " issues however they helped me with my PAYE NI and self assessment.

I have had a great experience dealing with these accountants!!

I had forgotten to pay my PAYE NI tax to which I had received a fine, great assistants in waving off my late penalties.

The head accountant talked me through savings with my expenses that I hadn't previously put through.

Defiantly recommend this service!

Please avoid this acccountants. They do not file VAT, PAYE. They do not answer the phone or when they do they won't pass you to the accountant. You leave a message but they don't come back.

There is a new team of people from June 2014 which is even worse than the previous one. The new accountant leading this team is very unprofessional after leaving him lots of messages and booking a call to talk to him, he would answer the phone.

He claims he has been on sky and Telegraph, ! that doesn't make him a good professional !!

Please DO NOT USE this accountant if you want to avoid HMRC penalties.

Terrible don't answer phones or emails. Do not file returns.

You will end up with fines coming out your ears.

This company should be struck off.

Does not complete things on time and will cost you extra in fines and fastracking services.

Do not even have a real office or landline. avoid

Gave them a call just before I took on a new contracting job. They guided me through the whole process and made it convenient and easy to set up my own limited company. It's great to have my own dedicated account manager who I can call upon if I ever have any questions or queries. There are other companies that charge twice as much for a far more inferior service.

In short, a great, friendly, straightforward company that I'm proud to deal with!

I used 1st Contractor Accountants when asked to complete my first self assessment, having never done it before, and wanting to make sure it was done properly. Luke and his team were very efficient, and held my hand through the whole process, completing my return and emailing me the details to review before sending off. The whole process was complete in 2 working days. I would certainly not hesitate in using Luke in future, or recommending him to my friends. Great all round. Thanks
