I was so skeptical of this service, and there were just too many services out there to choose from. I needed the phone unlocked to use other sim cards temporarily, but the phone was still under contract. I needed it unlocked within 3 days, and the service said it could take 5 working days. I got my unlock code within 24 hours and it worked. The email gave clear instructions that were ridiculously easy (just type in a code) and my phone was instantly unlocked.
