“No Code Received After Payment”

Code ordered 12/31/2018. Payment cleared my credit card account on 1/2/2019 $29.99. I have not received the code by email or through my phone. I have emailed 3 times. Absolutely no response. So far there has been NO customer service and the value for my money is zero.

This is fully accurate. I have had the same experience pretty much.
Original purchase date 29/04/19, its now 02/05/19 and are dodging all contact. I received one email on day one saying it will be done today and its now day four. I have asked for refund and it has been ignored so I'm forced to go through my bank.
The single most useless and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with.
