The unlock worked perfectly and only took about 10 minutes online. The preparations on the customers part (me) take a little longer and I did have some trouble with Teamviewer not being able to find it's sys file. I think this process could be made clearer with more step by step instructions so that the process would seem less daunting to those with less computing experience. I wasn't sure how it would all work. They were the cheapest option for a cable unlock of the Samsung Discover I got from a Telus promo. Originally my phone wasn't showing up when I connected to PC but I then switched my cable to the one that came in the box and it worked. The process was smooth and quiet easy. Pros:They delivered affordable phone unlock services for my samsung s3 i747m ,and saved time and also money with 8$ cheapper than unlockunit. Great time management all the unlock process took about 10 minutes, nice talk -professional and well prepared.I would definitely use their service again.
