they told me they could unlock my phone took my money delayed for 30+ days then told me they could'nt unlock it even they they offer a 30 day money back gaurantee. stay away from this site i wish i did

“Official Sim Unlock”

I ordered an unlock for € 23 and they came back asking for another € 88. I paid - My mistake. They wait a few weeks. They quickly reply to emails that they are working on it. They later say that they cannot return the money and this is stated in their terms and conditions. Later they say that they send you 50% in a settlement. They do not send any refunded money. Don't fall for their cheating. 30 days money back policy isn't true. They said it was my fault because I gave them a blocked phone. (I use it all the time). I have reported them and give opinions so that nobody will be cheated. They will not refund you any money. This company is geared only towards collecting money. they are not afraid to deceive you. Simple scheme of operation. Good website. collecting cash, doing nothing, not returning money. Don't be fooled.

“I ordered for unlock with $49 and they came back...”

I ordered for unlock with $49 and they came back asking for another $68. Dont ever believe them. They say that they cant refund and it is stated in thier terms and conditions. dont fall for this. I asked them through email, if i pay $68, if they can guarantee unlock or if it fails will they refund the amount. But no response from them.

“These guys will lure with low price, and then come and...”

These guys will lure with low price, and then come and ask for lot more to unlock your phone. Don't trust. Customer service responds, but will never refund your money.
