Paid $19.99 for iPhone unlock code on Dec-13-2019. After multiple emails they sent an email saying 'We want to inform you that unlock code for your imei is not found in regular as well as in premium database and soon your amount will be refunded.' But it's already Jan-21-2020 no refund yet. I have sent many emails and one of the emails they responded on Jan-6-2020 saying "We are deeply apologies for the delay on your refund. There is some tech issue in processing refunds which causes delay. Be sure we're trying our best regarding this matter and will refund you soon".

This company didn't send me an unlock code. While waiting I had my phone unlocked through at&t then requested a refund. I was told their vendor may have already processed my unlock request but after waiting a couple weeks I still never received an unlock code or a refund.

Cannot recommend this service enough. I had been trying for a whole freaking year to unlock my Galaxy S5. I probably tried 5 or 6 online services. Some promised same day code delivery. Never got the code. Others blamed the holiday period for the delays. Never got the code. With GSM Unlock Hub, they promised code delivery in 1-2 business days and I got the code in 23 hours! And what's even better??? The code worked!!! I am now free to choose any provider and I can now use my phone that is effing fantastic!!! Like I said, I cannot recommend this service enough.

Took about 2 hours to recieve back the pin number for the phone I wanted to unlock. I have a couple of other phones I will unlock probably now I see this works. They is different charges for different phones for the unlock pin #. The phone I unlocked cost me $12.99----------another one I was looking into is going to cost $26.00.

On your site you should say what is covered by the fee you charge, for my problem unlocking my cell phone your answer to me was that my problem was my Sim card, I did not know according to your answer that it was not part of my phone. If that is your attitude I should get my Fee refunded because you didn't do 0000 , just took my money and ran. If your a respected company I expect you to refund my FEE.
