The repair was completed in good time and social distancing measures were followed however shortly after my family members informed me of issues with my microphone. I had got back in contact with BuzzBox via email and stated the issues I was experiencing. They have since then being last month not got back to me. Shortly after that i started experiencing issues with my speaker to which there is no option at all to use either speaker on the phone.
This is a poor level of customer service and I would advise customers to think twice before using their repair store. I would suggest you pay the extra amount and have it repaired by Apple or an authorised repair store.
