Avoid at all costs! Company that offer a high price but then revise their offer after receiving your phone and state that any mark on the phone is "beyond normal wear and tear", I paid to get my phone shipped back to me and they have kept the money and are refusing to send my phone back to me! They just keep offering a low price for the phone when I have made it clear that I want it back to sell by other means! DO NOT USE!

I too have been had by them. My 5s was immaculate yet they said it had scuff marks on the case. Also they said it had scuffs on the LCD as they put it. Rubbish! It had a new screen fitted 2 days before I sent it to them as I thought I would get a better price. It never even came out of the box after fitting. The phone was unlocked and fully reset. It looked like new. Total cheek trying to knock £42 off the offer price! Now I have to pay again to get it back. It had better be in good condition on return or a visit to trading standards will be in order!

Terrible company. When they eventually send a response to say that the phone has arrived, they then changed the quote to half the price of the original quote due to a few scratches. What a joke!

Avoid this website. Takes a lot longer than they say it will to get the payment and then they reduce it based on apparent faults which they seem to have made up on the spot. Near impossible to get hold of on the phone number or email. Payment came through a week after it was supposed to have been sent and was less than half originally offered but you're caught as they charge to send the phone back. General impression that it's a sham and they know it. Next time I will use someone else, even if they offer a lower price to start off with as you'll actually get that price at the time that you're supposed to.

I sent in my iphone 6 which is covered with a glass screen protector and the phone has no marks as its always been in a case ALWAYS. I also sent an Iphone 5 16GB which was basically replaced by the insurance company 2 months ago as the old one broke so it was new but both the phones were deemed to be scratched and devalued by over £100. Please avoid at all costs. Now I have to pay extra to get the phones back. I will look to make a formal complaint about this and write on any review site as possible. Companies can pay to have good reviews but can never pay to have bad reviews as I so disgusted that it has prompted me to write this.

these people will give you the best price on the internet just to trap you and make you send your phone to them. This is what happens next: They charge you £6.99 to get the phone across via special delivery. They devalue your phone for every stupid reason their clever technician (if there is one) can come up with. And finally they will say to you if you are not happy with our revised offer we won't return the phone to you unless you send us further £7 (this is admin charges not to return the phone back by special delivery) I'm 100% honest as this has happened to me. They will insist on you paying the £7 otherwise they will keep the phone or dispose it !! So basically you have no choice but to sell the phone to them. Honestly if I had the time and effort I would have taken these monkeys to court !! As I said avoid at all cost. BTW my review has been removed from their website!!!

Well, I have sold my some old phones to sell smart for cash. This time they have paid me a bit higher than I was expecting. I am happy as it is the best of the year for me. Best of luck
