I was offered a certain amount of money for a a damaged iPhone 5, I didn't lie about any faults with the phone. They came back to me and offered £0.00 but then expected me to pay £6.99 for the phone back.... I have reported this & will do everything in my power to shut this company down!!! I don't care about my loss but I do care that this company of taking the absolute p out of customers!!!
