I read a lot of reviews that this company was dishonest and unrepeatable and I was quite disappointed to learn that those claims are true. I had my phone replaced by my insurance company just days before sending it to SellSmartForCash so I essentially sent them a brand new phone with all of the accessories included (2 of 3 were brand new as well). Even after all of this, they devalued my phone £100 from the quote. EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH A BRAND NEW DEVICE, THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING THEIR QUOTE.
