Network 3 are lamentable. From the regular network outages, poor coverage across the UK and non at all in certain London postcodes. To their highly ineffective and inefficient customer care team.

The Network 3 customer care team try to blind you with science as though we are all still in 1984, claiming they will run a diagnostic.

The basic truth is Network 3 do not have access to enough bandwidth to support its customer base in the UK. In addition, rather than addressing the issue they impact on the poor service provision by merching their customers to app developers. Your signal is weak and made worse by the forced app content they install regularly on your phone.

Here at the Reviewcentre and at Trust pilot they have just over a 1 star rating.

On a final note, after speaking to customer services at Network 3 they ask you to send feedback. This only add insult to injury as they charge you for each answer given. It's not included in their unlimited data contracts.

Someone really needs to explain to Network 3 what an unlimited data contract means.
