All fine until a claim was made. It took over a month to get a new phone. In that time I made over 10 calls spoke to a different person each time. Cost me more on my land-line and was inconvenient not to have a mobile for so long. Would not recommend.

Looking for phone insurance is such tedious task, some charge you a bomb for not a lot of protection, however Gadget Guardian are straight forward and affordable, with an extra discount if you tweet a link to their site! Perfect for students! Very friendly on the phone when you have an enquiry with no long winded calls and no waiting around on hold.

Luckily I haven't had to make a claim yet, but having the insurance that isn't denting my account every month is perfect, I have already and will continue to recommend!

Had this insurance for over a year. It was easy to sign up and straight forward documentation. Needed to claim last week, and with some trepidation emailed them. Needn't have worried. Had some problems getting my receipt together, but a nice guy on the phone showed me how to get it from amazon.

Within about 4hrs, my claim had been approved and my phones now with them being fixed.
