I ordered a phone case and it was never sent. I reached out after a month of waiting to see what the sea was- no response. Continued reaching our for multiple weeks and they never replied. Called them and they didn’t pick up. In fact, comments were deleted from Instagram and I was blocked. They are not a good company-do not support

It was the same for me. I ordered the case in January, the money taken from my account and they never replied to my emails.
Definitely, not a reliable company.
