I have got more than £20 on my Boots card, but because I can't use them as part payment I just don't spend them. I also have a Superdrug loyalty card & I have bought perfume, gifts & everyday toiletries using the points as discount. I am giving up on Boots - they do not reward loyal customers. It takes years to save enough points to buy anything worthwhile & I don't want to waste my points on toothpaste & shampoo. They seriously need to review this policy
