I ate at this restaurant in Borough Market recently - I'd walked past it so many times, and it was always full, so knew it had to be good. The place is very lively, and there's not a great deal of room between tables, but I think that adds to the atmosphere. We had two seats literally on the edge of the chef's prepping table which was pretty cool - it meant we could see what the chef's were up to, and could distract them while they were working. The food was good, although I made a mistake and ordered a Dorset crab. When it turned up, I realised I had no idea how to eat a crab. If I went back again, I'd eat the fish pie, which looked and smelled exquisite. I wouldn't say this is the best restaurant in Borough Market (Brindisa is still my favourite), but definitely worth a visit.
