Worst Customer Service Ever
I recently want and was not allowed to take my leftovers home (half a meal). I then queried why I was misinformed as to the reason why, and never got a response. It culminated in them cancelling my next reservation and blocking me on Twitter. POssibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.
