“no service now, stay away”

I took out a year's plan on 19/7/18. If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate. Since then the software has never functioned correctly. In the beginning it was small things like auto login not working, also not being able to login to Amazon, Ebay, PayPal, my bank & any UK TV channels without receiving an email or phone call to verify my login 1st.
