No Interest In It`s Members
Only join the CSMA if you are after:
Reduced Britannia Rescue fees
Reduced LV Insurance
Holidays and Leisure
Although the "M" in CSMA stands for Motoring, the organisation has diverted into the Leisure market, so if you are interested in car maintenance or motoring don`t waste you money joining
The CSMA are always asking for feedback from their members, but don`t expect to get a reply, it seems to fall on deaf ears
I have sent numerous suggestions over the years but none get the courtesy of a response.
The inhouse monthly magazine, now concerns itself with the leisure market such as holidays and social events
Only two pages are donated to members letters about motoring.
All in all, the CSMA is no longer interested in the mechanically minded motorist.
Can only agree!
They don't seem to understand that most members has an interest in motoring in it's many forms; instead the 'club' seems to ran for the benefit of the few who no longer wish to travel by cars/vans/motorcycles.
