The Brome Grange Hotel - In my opinion written booking confirmation and a very, very detailed written quotation of exactly what will be provided at what price from them and then written confirmation by you, if you want to be sure of your booking, costs and all arrangements, is absolutely essential if you must book here.

Beware of unexpected price hikes especially if you request anything extra after the quotation - either verbal or written - make sure every little thing is quoted for in writing.

There was enough food as ordered for our guests but I was very concerned by their reputation and disturbing reports of running out of food at several wedding buffets as described on web sites.

I feel as though this hotel did not fulfil our agreed arrangements at the expected cost and it all ended up in an unpleasant and unnecessary wrangle which spoilt our special day.
