Brilliant Place
Hired this hall at the very last minute , and was very lucky to have a date available due to a cancellation. The hall was well lit and clean, we hired the kitchen facilities and found that to be a big advantage. Staff and manager were very helpful and understanding of our needs. Would definitely hire again.
Very Unhelpful
Don't deal with lady - extremely unhelpful and arrogant. Refused to clean the stage nor allow us the vaccum to do it ourself. Laid nearly all the tables ourself due to previous wedding running late and she had the cheek to say that we turned up early.
She left to do errands while we had to sort out the hall our self.
Sorry that's not true. This review is regarding MEMORY LANE FUNCTION HALL, BOLTON. This is a factual and true experience. This was on the day of my sons wedding which nearly ended in disaster and embarrassment in the presence of my guests. Thankfully the issues were sorted out by a different individual working on behalf of Memory Lane function hall.
I normally do not review but I feel compelled to do so on this occasion because it was an extremely unenerving situation and a complete let down by one individual.

High Standards At A Reasonable Price
This is a fantastic venue , with first class customer service. You have two meetings with the venue organiser to talks you through everything that the venue provide. The venue don't provide food or stages but their table dressing can give any 5* hotel a run for there money.
The venue organiser will go through exactly what you can and can't do so you know where you stand and you can discuss absolutely anything with them.
They accommodated everything we wanted to make our day special.

Fantastic venue at an excellent price!!!
The owners went out of their way to make my day perfect within our budget and stress free.
They also offer an all inclusive package deal that includes table dressing and fruit/sweet display and also a Hijab stylist that specallises in unique styles.
all of the above is done with what YOU have mind.
Caterers have to provided by customer, however lots of recommendations are given!
Now they have a new extension building and amazing huge car park I can not fault it all.

I Have Booked This Venue For My Wedding In May, I
I have booked this venue for my wedding in May, I think this new venue
Is exceptional. The decor is fantastic, with multiple choice of layout.
It is the cheapest iv found for the high standard of venue.
The location is not five star but the venue is.
You have to provide your own food but there is a choice of recommended
Providers.
For £1000.00 for the weekend and £500 for week day I thought it was a bargain.
