Durker Roods Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

I would happily recommend Durker Roods Hotel to anybody - we had a wonderful day. the whole day just glided by in a perfect way. staff extremely friendly, overall very approachable, helpful and relaxed manner for our wedding that took place in july 08. food was fantastic - all our guests gave positive feedback.

We got married at Durker Roods Hotel on 21 July 2006, and it was fantastic! It was by far the best value venue in the region and guests even had a choice of dishes for the meal. The staff were so very helpful and made the day run incredibly smoothly. The gardens were stunning and the interior has been recently redecorated. I could not fault Durker Roods on any point. Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

We held our wedding reception at Durker Roods Hotel, Huddersfield in October 2004 and were extemely impressed from our first meeting. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

The choice of menus for the wedding breakfast is second to none, with prices starting at under £20/head for a three course meal (guests have a choice of meal, and can choose this on the day - not many venues offer this).

The day ran like clockwork thanks to the brilliant staff and all the guests were impressed by the quality of the food.

The Bridal Suite is fantastic, boasting a gorgeous four-poster bed and a jacuzzi bath - all new for this year.

All in all - this hotel should at least be on your list of possible venues to consider in West Yorkshire.
