Cheshire Haslington Hall

If you are getting married amd need a venue avoid this one iat all costs dont give these owners your hard earned money to ruin your wedding day with. They will treat you like royalty untill they have your money then treat you like a problem after my daughter went through so much hurt and stress all through the planning right up to the day. No bride should suffer 4 wedding planners within 12 months because no one wants to work for them 3 managers amd 3 chefs pay someone who deserves your money and will make your day special. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE

I attended a wedding at Haslington Hall last night and can say that I am honestly massively un impressed, the venue was shabbily decorated with pieces of material just left hanging from the ceiling, the marquee at the back was absolutely freezing all night, the food was a disgrace!! They were serving fish, chips and bacon sandwiches which is strange at best. We were stood about 30th in the queue for food and by the time we reached the table there was 3 naps left, bits of fish and no chips, we then had to wait a further 15 MINUTES for chips to be served which they then only brought one bowl out and there were still about 50 people behind us waiting. The customer service by the people working there wasn't professional either, some of the girls serving and bring the food out etc were stood at the side of the dance floor dancing!! Overall, I would not attend a wedding at this venue again and I DEFINATELY would not have my wedding there.

I couldn't have asked for a better day! The staff at the venue were so helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The entire experience from booking the venue up to the day itself was fantastic. The food was amazing and all my guests said t was the best wedding they had even been to. A massive thank you to everyone involved.

We looked at a few venues however the breathtaking view completely won over everything else. Not only was the view beautiful but the food was gorgeous and fresh and we had so many comments on how so many enjoyed it. The staff have worked so hard and the people I dealt with met every expectation. Thank you for making our day special.

Well let me start off by saying that I had a great time at my friend's wedding event in this venue. The space itself is really nice and spacious so that is a plus. Unfortunately, it did look like it needed a bit of a renovation job and if they did have that then I would recommend this place, but for the price and for what it is, I would not.

My now husband and I got married here 14 Nov 15 and I can honestly say we are so happy we chose Haslington Hall. Whilst we met with a few issues on the Friday when we arrived, I.e cutlery needed cleaning, needed hoovering etc. The staff and MD took on all our concerns, listened and implemented measures to sort. When I arrived on my special day after our ceremony we were so happy to see the Hall and the Marquee set up and sparkling as we asked. The food was hot, fresh and tasty and all 145 guests enjoyed. We had a great day, night and stay over. I would recommend and suggest regular visits and inspections beforehand are made with regular communication with the very helpful staff so you are confident with your decision and future big day! What should have been an amazing day for a family member was turned into a nightmare. Health and safety there is none !!! Toilets disgusting and broken leaving 1 toilet to be used for over a hundred guests. Food terrible and cold, staff rude and un helpful, wedding cards stolen !!! 1 star is to high for this place but it would not allow me to rate with any less AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We knew it was going to be good but in our wildest dreams we didn’t think it was going to be this good. Excellent service, excellent food, even better location. Raj even laid on the sunniest day of the year for us. Our every wish was never too much trouble and our dreams surpassed. Many thanks to all of haslington staff who certainly made this the best day of our lives.
