We ordered place cards for a wedding 1 month in advance from a colour and design listed on the website. We contacted the company directly before finalising payment and they assured us that they would have the cards to us on time. When they had not arrived 10 days before the wedding we rang and got a message saying that they were closed for a week holidays. After lots more unanswered mails & calls the wedding day came and went with no place cards. They finally arrived 5 days late. We were disappointed but willing to accept that they had misjudged the postage times or that there was a problem with royal mail. We returned the cards (within 7 days)expecting a refund minus postage & re-stocking charge. Here is where we were wrong. We were informed that the cards were personalised (although the design & colour were pictured on website) and that we would not be getting any refund. I was absolutely disgusted at their level of customer service and their inability to deal with the issue when it arose. We did not even get the cards sent back. Needless to say I would NOT recommend this company. The cards looked fine but their service left alot to be desired. If you insist on using them, pay by paypal so that at least you have some comeback

I found this site through a recommendation from a friend in a company who had ordered place cards for an event.

We only wanted plain place cards but when we see what was on offer we decided to go for something diffrent.

Friendly service when we gave them a call, and they sent out a free colour sample so we could make the right choice.

We got alot of helpfull tips from the lady we spoke to regarding colours and what items would be best for our wedding.

I thik in the end with all the advise we actualy saved some money, was impressed.

I was having a dinner party for a family birthday and I was looking for something that would make it look extra special, a friend suggested The Little Things as she had used them for her works night out event at Christmas.

I was not sure what I wanted so I phoned them up, I spoke to a woman names Denise, she was so helpfull and gave me lots of ideas to think about with regards to colours etc, she sent me samples in the post "free" and then created a super PDF for me.

In the end I agreed to a design she created just for the event, they came within days of me ordering and she phoned me up to let me know they were on their way.

I can not fault this company, the end product was perfect and was commented upon by all my friends and family.
