I hired Heather Snively of Weddings Unique in Orlando, Florida based on her reputation as a planner who can create big-budget weddings with great service. We were very disappointed. She was difficult to reach. I had to remind her repeatedly to work on tasks that I could have done myself in the amount of time it took her to get to them. She was unprofessional, came to meetings completely unprepared and failed to do anything other than make a couple of phone calls and recommend one vendor. My advice: Don't sign a contract with this planner and if you do, ensure that you do not give her a big deposit because you will not receive a penny of it back even if she is fired within a few weeks for failing to do the job.
