We needed a great help from wedding planner as we had to organize it from abroad. However, she didn't have any initiative or try to organize our wedding. All she said was "don't worry". At the end, we had to organize everything by ourselves! We flew to UK 10 days ahead of our big day to meet wedding planner but we weren't able to contact her till the previous day of wedding. It was our first meeting and wedding planner told us she was busy with her house move! On the big day, she/her helper didn't appear at the church (this was extremely unprofessional!!!!), reception desk wasn't set up at the reception (we mentioned about it on previous day ), beautiful flower were dying on the reception desk (which as asked her to put into some jars we bought), reception decorations were so far from what we asked (we even sent pictures of what we want), projector didn't match with my Mac (which we mentioned to make sure it matches), etc, etc. People at the reception venue were nice enough and helped us to organize so many things on the wedding day.

We thought she'd follow up after the wedding but nothing. We contacted her to complain of her service but no action at all. We are not sure why we had to pay so much fee for her service since we organized 90% of our wedding. We hate to comment bad things on the Net but not to make any sad brides in the future, I am posting my experience.
