Isabella weddings, a wedding planning service based in Surrey/Hampshire, has been truly awful. I am writing this to warn other brides-to-be about Isabella weddings. I was with them for about 1.5 years, and I received very very few emails and next to no contact via phone. They have done nothing towards helping me plan for the wedding (1 year away) at all. Even when I have asked for their presence at meetings etc, they have not responded to my emails. They are now also refusing to return my deposit or initial payment or to give me any compensation for my experience. Please do not use Isabella weddings - it adds stress of an already stressful experience!
