I was very stressed out with all the reviews I read about this company. I wasn't very trusting of them at first, it took me a couple of hours to really have an okay feeling about buying a dress. I online chatted with an employee, and the service was great, they are patient and they try an answer every question to the best of their ability. My dress came in very quickly, there was no delay. When I opened my package I got so excited, the dress looked exactly like the picture!! I would recommend anyone to buy from this company.

I ordered my dress from this site and it arrived on time, but when I opened the package and tried the dress on I realized it was the wrong size, the wrong length, and looked nothing like the picture that was posted to represent the dress. Also, the beading was loosely attached and looked very fragile and the material looked cheap. Immediately I started the process of trying to return the dress since I knew I would not be able to afford alterations and I have been getting the run around. They do not have a working number you can call, and majority of the live chat customer service operator's responses are automated and do not help at all. I have yet been contacted by an actual person and I haven't even been offered a fraction of my money back. The also stated via email multiple times that "the dresses are individually made so mistakes are expected and it will not look the same as the photo which Is reasonable". I do not feel that this is fair to unknowing buyers, and no where on the Web page is there a disclaimer notifying or warning potential buyers of this.

Wow. This is real. i am very impress and satisfy with this dress. The quality, price and time of delivery was exactly as described. The Delivery was on time and and the dress is my real size.

I have to say thank you to all the workers in this company! I have to say I was very worried and I do not trust to buy things by internet, but I took the risk... and yes! I got my wonderful dress the one I ordered, perfectly fitted! I have to make some small adjustments, but I TOTALLY LOVE it!!! I definitely will recommend this company to my family and friends!! Thank you for all the professional work everybody did with my order, specially the hands who tailored my lovely dress!
