Ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress for my mother. It didn't seem that ambitious of a dress. The cut came out horrible, no shape at all, looked like a sack, the beading wasn't in fact beading, it was done using cheap sequins, the sequins were also falling off in places. It had different measurements than provided. The dress was unwearable, not only ugly and nothing like advertised. The customer service was rude, unhelpful and accused us of measuring wrong and refused to help us out in any way. It felt like I talked to a drunk lady on a park bench rather than a customer service. Stay away.

I ordered the dress of my dreams for my son's wedding. They ask you the date of the event so I felt that they cared that it would be on time. I ordered well ahead and also paid extra for expedited delivery to be on the safe side. I was watching for the dress every day because you really have no way to contact them (They make sure of that). One week before the wedding, they e-mailed me and said they made the dress in the wrong color. They called it blackish-green and showed the dress in that color and it was hideous. They actually said they will make the dress over again and send it from CHINA or I can take that one! If they made it over, I would receive it about 3-4 weeks after the wedding. They never offered a refund even though I sent them an e-mail demanding one. I had to let the credit card company handle it. Don't trust them!

I ordered a Jr Bridesmaid dress and had to cancel it within 24 hours of my order. Which I did with the confirmation email they send.

They advised there is a cancellation fee. I agreed to it and waited for my refund... which never came... even after multiple emails.. all which have been ignored.

I finally submitted my question through the WHITE AZALEA website and received a response from "GOODCHEAPWEDDINGDRESS.COM" who told me I had submitted my question under the wrong website. Pretty hard to mix up those two names.

After much digging around.. I have come to the conclusion that both sites are pretty much a front for the one company that runs both sites. This is the conclusion i have come to...i just wanted to share so no one else gets ripped off as I did.

Bought a dress from whiteazalea last March, it was a bit tight but I thought with 6 months away from event, I could drop 10 lbs, which I did and it still didn't fit. This was a standard size 12 which I always wear. So I knew the return policy was only 24 hrs from delivery , so I was not looking for a return. I bought another of the same dress, although this time I went to a seamstress and had my exact measurements taken when I ordered the dress.

When this dress arrived, the fabric was different than the first dress ( not nearly as nice and the dress needed alterations even with exact measurements. Well I called within 24 hours this time and told them about the dress issues, they said that they had used a new dressmaker and send them some photos of the dress. Instead of a refund they offered me a discount on my NEXT dress order!!! Really!!!! I replied that I didn't think a discount was appropriate , rather a refund, after spending over $500.00 with their company. The most refund they could offer was $20.00.

Well I learned my lesson, and I hope to share this review with others so they are not blindly led to believe that whiteazalea cares about its customers...they don't!!!

I am very happy with Whiteazalea. I received my dress almost the same as the picture. Price was reasonable and delivery was on time. I recommend this company. Always expect an issue with the size when ordering online. Thanks Whiteazalea.

I ordered a junior dress in a soft yellow color for my daughter. It arrived in the 6 week time frame they stated, and was beautifully sewn, but unfortunately was about 1" too tight in the bust. After some back and forth online with the customer service and a few photos, they relented that it was in fact less than the measurement as ordered. They then promptly sewed a new dress and sent it to me with me paying the shipping. This dress is also truly sewn beautifully, and would have cost me triple in a Canadian wedding shop. If you are ordering multiples of the same dress, order them together to ensure they come the same as the two dresses I received were very different in color (both lovely, but def different. And give yourself plenty of lead time in case things don't go as planned. I would buy from here again to save the bucks.

The dress that I received was nothing like what I ordered. The craftsmanship is horrrible. I would not ask my granddaughter to wear something so hideous.

I ordered a dress for the mother of the vbride based on an item offered by the seller. They delivered nothing that looked like the picture, horrible quality and poor fit. When I tried to have the seller correct for this, they argued with me at no end. I ended up losing close to $400 for a horrendous dress (could and should have bought a designer's dress for less(!) in the US). Stay away. Their products are just sad.

We ordered a junior bridemaid's dress and it turned out absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier. I was very nervous ordering this as payment is made to China, but I had no issues at all. The dress looked exactly like the picture and the quality of the dress was perfect - even the inside was nicely finished.

Very highly recommend based on my experience.

I ordered a dress with a jacket for my son's wedding (Satin Scoop A-Line Tea-Length Mother of The Bride Dress with Matching Jacket WMT-0017). I gave detailed measurements at the time of the order. I received the dress about a month later, and it was too tight (zipper did not meet by several inches in the back). The jacket, however, was about 3 sizes too small and did not even fit over the dress when it was on the hanger.

I thought that if I lost 10 or 15 pounds, the dress would fit, so I ordered a shawl from them since I knew the jacket would never fit me. They sent me the shawl to replace the jacket (I only had to pay $30 for shipping). However, the shawl was several shades lighter than the dress, so it did not match.

Even after losing 10 pounds, the dress still did not fit at all - zipper still did not come close to meeting. So, I have now wasted over $300 on a dress, jacket and shawl that I will never be able to wear.
