Excellent service when shopping for my daughters wedding dress, the two assistants were extremely helpful, polite and friendly, they assisted in finding her a beautiful gown and flower girl dresses, many thanks have recommended you to all we know thanx again.

Maggie and Sally were very proffessional and friendly. They gave me lots of advice and Maggie the Manager clearly knows what she is talking about. My whole experience was truly magical and they made me feel so special just as it should be when you're choosing your wedding dress. Thank you Maggie so much for coming and helping me into my dress and making sure everything was just perfect, it was so kind oof you. I can't thank you enough for all that you have done. From our very first visit to White Lace, we were made to feel special and welcome. Maggie and Sally were very knowledgable and more importantly, they listened to exactly what I had in mind. They had no quarms with me trying and retrying "the dress" on! I also bought my veil, tiara, postbox and all of my bridesmaid dresses from here. They were very patient with my little bridesmaid and dealt very well with my chief bridesmaid who, inbetween us choosing the dresses and her final fitting, fell pregnant, had the baby, and lost 3 stone! Right from start to finish the experience with White Lace was stress free and enoyable. Maggie always kept in contact with regards to dates and details and could not have been more friendly. I am a teacher, and found it no problem at all getting suitable times for fittings (as has been mentioned in previous reviews). I would not hesitate in recommending White Lace to all brides to be. A very special experience was made even more special by such lovely, helpful and knowledgable staff.

I just feel the need to defend the owner of the shop against some of the negative comments made below! I can't imagine a nicer woman than the owner, Maggie I think is her name. She was always interested in me when I went in there, professional and clearly very experienced in her trade. She is well spoken and seems to be very honest in her opinions, which may have come across as rude to some (!?), but it is nice to know you are not being just 'sold' to in a fake way. I really enjoyed my experience at White Lace and would recommend them completely. I got a beautiful dress, and an excellent service. I genuinely could not have asked for more!

I was dreading looking for wedding dresses - it is quite an intimidating experience, especially when you are standing around in your underwear whilst someone else dresses you. I'm quite a self-conscious person but when I entered this beautiful shop with my 2 best friends in tow, I felt quite at ease. I really liked Maggie - I tried dress after dress with her help. I even said I couldn't buy the dress without my mum there and yet the level of service did not alter. I felt she gave me an honest appraisal - and also didn't push me to try or buy veils or buy the dress that day. She noted all the things I liked about certain dresses and then picked dresses that she thought had all the elements I was looking for. I simply found her very helpful and relaxed without being gushy and false. I actually found the dress I love with her help and hope to go back soon with my mum to try it on again.

On another note, the shop is really easy to find with parking right outside - which I was worried about as I had never been to Coleshill before and parking on a Saturday in most towns can be a nightmare. We just pulled up right outside and went it.

I went into white lace because everyone I spoke to said they would recommend it to me, and they were right!! All of the dresses were outstanding and the lady that served me had lovely customer service. She helped me find my dress that was gorgeous, my mother came with me and she let her look at some bridesmaid colours while I was getting in and out of dresses. I have read some of these reviews regarding the customer service that I found in white lace and I would have to say that it was nothing like that. I feel the owner Madeline was ever so welcoming and helped through all of my fittings etc. For everyone reading these reviews white lace is a lovely place and has beautiful dresses and if bride wants the dress of their dreams defiantly go into white lace!!!

Friendly and hugely knowledgeable - i was offered such a lovely and special service at every stage of purchasing my dress, They had a beautiful selection of dresses - the staff were very patient and listened to all my wants and needs and offered there expertise and advice, i would definitely recommend White Lace to any bride to be.

I would definitely recommend Whit Lace to any brides to be. The service is so personal and all the staff there were so helpful. It made what can be one of the most stressful things the easiest part of my wedding!

All the staff are experts in the field and I had full confidence in anything I requested. Perfect service and lovely people.

The shop has an amazing range of gowns and as my colour was so hard to come by this was the only shop where I found the perfect bridesmaid dresses in the perfect colour. Plus the shop is very pretty which is always a bonus :)

We visited White Lace after a recommendation from work colleagues and found the service impeccable . The young lady was very helpful, polite and she allowed me to make an informed decision. I am having a dress fitting in June and look forward to seeing my beautiful dress.

I went to white lace to despite being advised by a friend that she was treated badly. Oh how I wish I had listened to her! The manager (blonde lady) was so rude to me. Completely ruined the whole experience of something that should be so special. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you want great customer care with beautiful dresses go to House of Fraser in Birmingham - the manager there Caroline is wonderful & bent over backwards to help me find the right dress. White lace should go there to get some tips on how to treat customers - the people that pay their wages!!!
