I ordered a custom measured dress. They sent me a dress that was 3" too small all around. I took photos of the actual measurements and their response was it was MY FAULT that the dress was not made to order. I could send them more money to make a new dress. They will not issue a refund. They did not honor their commitment of making a dress to order.

These people are complete theives, and there products are utter rubbish.

This is a UK review, and I would like to warn all brides away from making the huge mistake of thinking you are going to get a bargain. The images that these people use are actually manufacturers images, that they actually have no authority to use. So basically what you receive is nothing like what you have seen.

I hope brides heed my advice - Stay Well Away!!!!!!!!

The dress is now WEEKS late and the wedding is in 6 days.

I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Ordered a dress with WEEKS of time, Paid extra to have it rushed. Was assured it would be on time.

They messed up my address and it was delayed at DHL.

They were 'expressing' it to me which meant USPS Priority Mail??? That takes 6-10 business days and the tracking number has NO IDEA where the dress is.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

First off, the dress was not made to agreement. I ORDERED SILK SATIN, SWAROVSKI, AND ALENCON LACE. The dress came with everything wrong. Even the big bow was wrong. It was suite sown together off center. The back panel was suppose to be lace, but was embroidered chiffon. And they used cheap ugly plastic rhinestones, even though their site says they use swarovski crystals. Besides that, the dress is completely unwearable, the lace is sown off center. They wanted to me to cover the cost of the dress! My refund would have been $225. I was like yea right, I am not paying $150 for nothing. After weeks of no resolution they changed their mind to only refund me $150! DO NOT USE THEM! TOO GOOD TO BR TRUE. JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

I will recommend this site to my friends. wellbridal.com is a good choice for wedding dresses,they custom-made the dress exactly according to my requests and the pictures, almost as same as the pictures.What's more,they ship my dress very quickly.Above all, they don't charge any fee for custom-made, their price is reasonable.
