After reading a lot of reviews I purchased my wedding dress from Weddingshe.com. Once I received the dress it was ill fitting, made of very cheap and nasty material and looked nothing like the advertising picture. I emailed the customer service who made me jump through hoops to prove my dress was return worthy. Eventually they have stopped replying to my emails, facebook messages and posts. So very unprofessional!!

at first it was so easy to order. Yes, it's out of China but I thought it looks legit. I should have looked at reviews from consumer reports... I received the dress in a small package all folded up and crinkled and needed to be steamed out. The dress fit gear, but the sewing in front was uneven. As I tried to return and then order something different for a wedding renewal (for my marriage of 25 yrs.) I had a hassle from the company. After over (20) emails back and forth...(YES 20) and sending pictures of a defective product while having it on, I finally got approval to send it back for a refund. It cost me $35.00 to send back and with all the hassle and frustration I did not have time to order a new dress for my February wedding (in the Bahamas). I had to postpone my renewals and to this day, lost the chance of doing it. It's just too late at this point. I tried finding a new dress locally, but no one could do it in that short of time, due to the incompitance of this company.

All I can say, is the price is right, but if you're looking for something that means a lot to you....DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Best advice I can give. Good luck

I ordered a dress that I really was enchanted with on the site . It measured up except that I cheated a bit on my measurements thinking that I will lose the weight. Oops I did not. So, it just didnt fit but I like it and aspire to wear it when I lose a few pounds. Some of the sewing quality is not fantastice but it is internal so not visibly a problem.

I will definitely order very soon but I will enclose custom measurements. For $20, it is worth it

It took a long time to get the dress we ordered. When we received it the dress fitted well except that my fiancee could not fit her arms in the dress because the sleeves were too narrow!!! We confirmed with customer support that my fiancee had the right arm size to enter the sleeves of the dress if the sleeves would be the right size. The quality of the dress is poor like the customer service. The company located in China proposed us a $25 refund for a dress that is $110. They told us that sending back the dress would cost more than the price of the dress and they also refused to cover the fees for returning the dress while this one is a manufacturing defect on their side. I recommend to not order on weddingshe.com as you will waste you money and time!

For me ,this is a great shopping experience. the website is full of beautiful and elegant dresses including short and long dresses. so, i have many choices. I really happy that their customer service is thoughtful. they help me a lot when i shop. The dress is of good quality i bought. The dress's Item Code: 10987321
