I ordered a dress online for my wedding and over a month later i have recieved a dress that was squashed in a grey plastic bag and was made of nasty cheap material.

i have written to customer service but have had no reply as yet.

190 pounds down the drain.... i am taking this further!

I have introduced one of my friends to buy a wedding dress from this site. The quality is very good.

Although the dress was a little late in arriving, once it did I was very happy with it. It was exactly what I had been expecting and a good fit. The company were in regular contact via email, and did respond when we asked when the dress would be arriving. When we recieved it, the dress was in perfect condition.

One thing I would criticise is the quality of the zip on the back of the dress; it's small size made doing the dress up slightly difficult. This wasn't a major problem, just a little inconvenient.

Overall, I had a very good experience with this website, despite a couple of slight concerns. If the dress had arrived when specified, it would be five stars.

This is the worst website i have ever dealt with, they have no customer service at all. I was speaking to a staff on the live chat who would not give there first name or the managers name or even a address to write to or even a complaints contact number. I ordered a dress on feb 20th and was promised to recieve it by march the 20th. 2 months late and i still have no dress. I have been advised if i dont recieve the dress by my wedding date they will refund the money thats all they got to say, where as not understanding what the hell will i wear on the wedding day ? Seriously i have never in my life experienced bad customer service and standards. www.weddingdressesshop.co.uk is the worst website i have ever come across.

This is a con site. they are just taking peaples money. They have supplied nothing I asked for and am still trying to get my money back. I have not received what i paid for from them. Am still trying to get my money back and they are refusing to refund.

One star is too much!!.

DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM www.weddingdressesshop.co.uk (March, 2011). Unfortunately, we bought a dress from this chinese company and after two months of waiting the company refused to cancel the order and give us a refund. Instead we ended up with a dress made of something out of cheap netcurtains which does not resemble the one ordered. This people have no sense of morality and do not realise all the damage they cause to people. We are talking about a woman's special day. We have contacted the Chinese Embassy, Watchdog and some bridal magazines. Complain to Paypal if you have already bought one and remember that they protect you for 45 days only. I strongly recommend you to buy your wedding dress from Monsoon or Phase Eight.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I made the mistake of spending over $400 on a dress that came shoved in a plastic bag with absolutely No padding. The prices are not US Dollars they in british pounds even though the dress looks like its made in china!! so my $200 dress was $400 after the currency exchange rate..

The material is junk it was thin and ugly, the 'rhinestones' are crappy sequins that are falling off.. it is suppose to be trumpet style / mermaid style and it is straight up and down does nothing to flatter my curves. the size is approximately 3 sizes too big for me and which I purposely ordered one size smaller than normal because I didnt want to have it altered.

They do not take returns for ANY reason. They will NEVER respond to your emails and they will take your money and send you JUNK that looks nothing like the picture and you will be stuck with a piece of horrid white fabric with sequins you will never wear!

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SITE!

Awful dress, wrong colour, sequins and beads all over it even though it's not in the description, came screwed up and shoved into a plastic bag and no contact since from the company. Thank god for Visa! Please don't use this company.
