I personally received exceptional service from Victoriasdress.co.uk. After reading the reviews I was very hesitant to order but as I had left ordering my dress for graduation exceptionally late, on a tight budget there really was no other option.

I received the dress on time, despite me sending a mistake in my measurements which they emailed me promptly about. Their correspondence was excellent and always within a 12 hour window.

I could not be happier with the dress I received, especially considering the intricate detailing of the bodice. They even gave me a free necklace with my order. Would definitely use this company again.

My dress arrived earlier than expected so was really pleased. However on opening it wasn't the right colour...I ordered royal blue and have got sky blue. I paid extra to have it made to order and yet bust area is too big. Will have to have it altered at extra cost. The design on the chest is completely different to picture shown on the website. Advise to all would be to make sure you buy from authentic website. I believed I had until I read reviews after placing my order

Dress was faulty on arrival - 5 weeks later I've been offered £48 refund on a £115 outlay. Started Visa chargeback as sent video and pictures to them but I'm told to get a tailor to fix them at my own cost!!!!!! I also have to pay £30 to send back. Look at their policies!! If they send you the wrong thing or if it's damaged you don't get your money back- you have been warned!!!

I received my dress about 2 weeks after order. It was all wraped nice for shipping. The dress looks great!! It really does not look as if we paid such a low price. The dress is a little big, but with a few minor ajustments, it will be PERFECT!!

When I first saw the small box, I was worried. When I opened it up and laid out the dress, I could not believe how beautiful it looked and what great quality and craftsmanship. It looked amazing!!!
