Victoria's Bridal - Chester le Street

I went to Victorias bridal for my prom dress as I had seen some lovely dresses in the window, I could tell as soon as I walked in that all the women that worked there were really lovely and even let me try all the dresses that I liked and they let me try the same dress on a few times and as many times as I would like. They made me feel very welcome, they were friendly and very polite. All the women even said that I looked beautiful which made me feel special when I was in. The prices were very reasonable as well so if your looking for a wedding dress, prom dress or accessories then I would defiantly recommend here as its the best shop I know.

I could not praise this shop more. I recently attended the shop with my bridesmaids and the staff were brilliant. They were so patient and pulled out a few styles which they thought I would suit and I found 'The One'.

getting married august 2012 went dress hunting last november.called into victorias bridal and they were very friendly and helpful.tried on several dresses which werent a bother to them found my dream dress !!..got my bridesmaids dresses here as well..excellent customer service,very relaxed,kept informed throughout the whole process and dress alterations were sorted as well..reasonably priced..loretta and ashley provide a professional and friendly service..everything went smoothly.would recommend every bride to call in.

i was let down by a dress maker with only 10 weeks till my wedding day. loretta and ashley were fantastic, they helped me no end with choosing my dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses and helping sort a local seamstress to alter my gown.loretta has kept me informed all the way with delivery dates and has been on hand to help with any questions i have had. ashley was fantastic with my young daughter, who was really stressed about choosing her dress, but she had the patients of a saint and helped her choose a dress that suited her and she was comfortable in. i would have been lost without these two lovely people and would highly recommend (and have done ) vicoria bridal to anyone looking for a wedding gown.thanks again ladies xxx

After my daughter was let down,with ten weeks to go until her wedding,we went to this shop.The help we received was amazing,Lorretta and her daughter are the most caring people,my daughter has ended up with the dress of her dreams for her wedding in two weeks time.The four bridesmaids dresses are amazing.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I called in as I had passed the shop several times on the bus. The staff were brilliant, really cheerful and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but the manageress got me to try on a few styles and I fell in love with one there and then. I am not getting married until September 2011 and I didn't feel pressured into buying the dress but I did. I also looked at the bridesmaid dresses while I was there and there is so much choice. I went back the same day with my bridesmaid and we chose one so I am going back in a couple of months with my other bridesmaids to order their dresses too. I felt relaxed and at ease and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.
