We Had A Very Bad Service Experience, Incorrect Me
We had a very bad service experience, incorrect measurements and advice. In the end had to buy a suit the night before our wedding - no refund offered after compaining, instead a letter from Formal Affair head office received the day we got back from honeymoon with a quote from terms and conditions after in store staff protected their own interests.
