Silhouettes Bridal Wear, Richmond

I made an appointment to view dresses on two separate occasions and Tasha was the sales girl who helped me. I made the appointment each time on the Monday for the weekend coming.

I had a really great experience at Shilhouettes. Tasha was great and very helpful when I wanted to try on the same dress multiple times on each occasion. Also she didn't push me towards more expensive dresses which I really liked.

I had different friends come along both times and they let us take pictures and try on various tiaras and veils so I could figure out what I liked.

I wold totally recommend Shilhouettes to other brides!

The staff were alright but could have been more welcoming and I didn't think the value fr money was very good at all.

I went to Silhouettes Store to look for dresses with my mum and bridesmaids and had a wonderful day they were so attentive and friendly, even though I felt I was probably a very annoying Bride as after trying on like 15 dresses I still didnt like much! I am slightly on the bigger side and wanted something to hide my upper arms and they picked out a gown which was amazing and gave me a figure I never thought I had, my mum instantly started crying and they are going to make a bolero for me to match my dress and hide my arms. It was everyhting I wanted it to be and I am so happy I went there.

They have a amazing selection and a great friendly service!!

perfect service, found a beautiful gown and the whole experience was amazing they made me feel so welcome and were very attentive. small store but i like the intimate service rather than the big stores which were not very nice!

I've just ordered my dress with Silhouettes!!! Thank you so much for recommending that dress otherwise I would have not even tried that on. The service was tremendous and I loved every part of it. After going to Silhouettes I did noy have the heart to try on any other dresses, I did look at about 2 other stores but it was nothing compare to Silhouettes.

The service I was given was so relaxed and perfect so thank you so much can't wait for the dress to arrive!!

I have had excellent service from Shweta, she showed me some beautiful gowns and was 100% attentive. This store is quite small but they were able to accomodate 4 people who came along to help me choose and they were made to feel welcome. I require a dress in less then 4 months time and Shweta has pulled out all the stops to put in my order for a maggie sottero gown just in the nick of time. Also their dessy bridesmaid dresses are reasonably priced too so I can't really fault this store. Everytime I have gone there, I have received really good service.

Just would like to say i have had such a lovely experience and really feel looked after by the staff at Silhouettes I was served by shwetta and enjoyed the service and attention she gave me. Sadly it was between a dress from Silhouettes and elsewhere and I decided to go with the other one and would have loved to order it from Silhouettes but I will definitely be buying my bridemaids dresses from there. Highly recommend them.

Wow , Thank you so much for making my wife so happy, she had some really bad experiences before coming to your store. Like to say a big thank you for the help and support throughout. My wife looked million dollars in her dress. You will be seeing us gain as my cousin is getting married. Great value and great service thank you again.

I also had a fantastic experience with them. I thought that thier customer service was great. Good attention to details, a wide range of dresses to choose from and they're not too pushy. I'd been to try on wedding dresses at other places where I've felt like all they care about is a sale - but that's not the case here.

I went alone as my mum was in Australia, and they gave me the time to sit down in the shop, call her and get her to find the dress online - so I could get her opion. I'm a slighty bigger girl aswell, and in other places I've been made to feel too fat to try on dresses there. Slhouttes managed to lace me into all the dresses without any problems at all. They made me feel so comfortable during the whole experience.
