I bought a wedding dress from shopforlover in June2010,I recommand the shop to everyone.I got my dreamed dress here.i love it so much.they custom-made my dress exactly according to my request.the quality of the dress is very good.the handwork is perfect.and the price is reasonable.as for the customer service,it is very very nice.eapecially,thanks for Lily very much.she is very kind and helpful.

Ladies, I hope that this review gets out there before another bride-to-be makes the terrible mistake that I did by ordering from shopforlover. Yes, the price is appealing at first, but they make promises that they don't keep. My supposed "custom-made" dress came and it 1) did not look like the pictre; the design was similar, but it was poorly constructed. 2) The bodice was 3 INCHES TOO LARGE. To dispute this, their request was for me to take photos of a seamstress measuring the dress, and measuring myself to prove to them that THEY had actually made the measuring mistake. 3)The dress was too long. (again with another photo)Not a little bit, but almost 6 inches without a petticoat, over three with one. I (in bold) wrote that I would not be wearing heels, and to make the dress according the height on my mearuement sheet (measured barefoot). It has cost me almost the cost of the dress to alter it for my wedding, not to mention the added stress. The back and forth argument with the customer service representative about the minor details (like the eye missing from the hook and eye at the top of the dress) was her way of avoiding the major complaint that I had--THE DRESS DID NOT FIT ME. After showing her a photo of the alterations quote, and around 10 emails, I was able to only get 1/3 of the alterations cost. It would have saved me money to simply buy a dress a David's Bridal or another store. I was crushed when I saw the dress, and I became angry when I put it on. I was fooled with the hopes of saving money. I hope no one makes this mistake.

I loved my dress and I loved the price. My dress was custom fitted and I would recommend it to anyone. The dress came in a timely manner. I had questions that were answered by an online assistant. The quality of the dress was good. There were very minor differences with the dress from the picture and the one they sent me, but overall I was very happy with my dress and with the service.

the dress is wedding dress 2 0056, because i am a little fat, i want to looked slim on my wedding, so i request them make the flap(a piece fabric where the lace are) use stretchable material and add some hookings to hook the right side of the dress, so that the dress can adapt my size and give me a clear waistline, let me looked slim.

Frankly speaking, at begin, i am a little worried if they can do that well, but when i received the dress all fears is gone, the details is made very well, it is the effect what i want.
