I went to several of the well known 'designer' bridal shops before I stopped into the store on the way home from a tiring day of trying dresses. Where the other stores had put me off with pushy staff asking what you wanted from a dress and then putting you in either what was nearest, or I suspect, most expensive RFDG / Zomo Couture was a really welcome change!

Mary let me try on several dresses at my own leisure as I reduced my choices to two options. If you want someone who will lie and tell you look great in everything - this isn't for you. If you want someone who is honest and a specialist able to advise what styles and elements will suit you - you need to meet Mary!

I chose the perfect dress on my first visit and have loved it ever since. I thought it would be one fitting, alterations and take it away, but Mary is a perfectionist and has made it perfect! She has taken away all my worries from adding bra hooks so my underwear will not show, to adding hooks in my underskirt so I can bustle the dress should it rain.

If you want someone to flatter you into a pricey dress that doesn't suit you - go to one of the bigger stores, if you want a dress that will really suit you, altered perfectly with specialist advice - make sure you go to Zomo and see Mary!

I don't normally review - but I have had enough to worry about with a big wedding to plan and haven't had to worry about my dress at all because of where I bought it - so would advise anyone else to do the same!

I found the dress I wanted in a different shop, but found it was way beyond my budget. So I looked for other UK stockists of Rembo Styling dresses. RFDG came up, but having read online reviews I wasn't sure if I should risk it. But I wrote to them and they offered to order the dress for me at a very good price. I visited them twice, once to order the dress and once to try it on once it had arrived. RFDG were very professional in the way they communicated with me, they did exactly what they said they would do, and Mary was very kind and professional in giving her advice and in fitting the dress. I would definitely recommend RFDG to other Brides. the only thing I could say against them is that it's better to call them - they are no0t always great at answering emails fast.

I'd also like to point out that if you want a dress that's a bit dofferent, try RFDG first, they have a really wide range of more unusual dresses. Rembo Styling dresses are amazing

Before make an appointment I checked the reputation of this wedding dress by reading the customer's review, there was happy customers and also some complaining, however I decided to try some of the designer dresses that they had in stock, not only I found the place friendly and lots of attention and patience but also I ordered my wedding dress and brides mate dresses, although I was in doubt to ask them about the reason of poor review about their services, eventually I asked my question and I got replied patiently by Mary, she explained that we have got lots of customers from different nations and countries, from people who are curious about our shop and varieties of designs to known and famous people from different communities, although we try to give our best services to all customers individually regardless of whether they are genuine buyers or browsers, there are sometimes some customers that they go beyond of our ability, for instance ask to get time more than it has been specified to their appointment time or ask to try too many dresses that is out of our policy because of time and ability to make them ready for fitting.

However I am very pleased with RFDG LONDON services and would recommend it to my friends.

I went here hoping to find my dream dress. As soon as I walked in I knew I had made a mistake in going there. The lady threw the book at me & told me to look through it, I hadn't even turned the 2nd page and I was taken to a changing room. They had already selected 3 dresses for me to try on just from me saying I like the princess shape. I got into the dress and was practically dragged backwards out into a little step in front of a mirror. I was in the dress for a few minutes, no pins were put into the back of the dress the lady just held it.

I asked to try on a specific designers dress that I knew she stocked. She ignored me & said these dresses are of a much higher quality. I found her rude, impatient & the other 2 ladies working there were of no help at all.

I was in & out of the shop in about 20 minutes & it totally ruined my day. I was prepared to buy my dream dress that day but won't be back again.

Decided to get married with just two months notice and most wedding dresses have to be purchased at least six months in advance. I was totally disappointed to find my dream wedding dress but it was last minute, my brother introduced me Mary's Salon (RFDG) and she helped me in an amazing way, she made my dream to come through! She was so welcoming and lovely. The service was excellent and although I hadn't made an appointment she really took her time and nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed by the dresses that I saw - the wide choice of designers, the colours and the fabrics were all excellent.

She totally understood the look and style I was going for and so only pulled out a selection that was relevant. Mary helped me picked out a dress that I would never have picked for myself and I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. Her experience is exceptional and should be listened to. She found me the most perfect dress and made the whole experience so special. Mary was fabulous and I'm so thankful to her!

I did not have a clue when I first went looking for a bridal dress. I went to all the places I initially thought of like House of Fraser, Pernovias etc. An old work colleague recommended RFDG to me when she heard about my wedding. I called up and make an appointment, but I was a little tentative as I read some reviews that didn't seem great, but I decided to follow my friend's recommendation to see what they had on offer. I was served by Mary who, and from the initial walk in to the gallery, I felt like she knew what she was doing. I browsed through their catalogues and chose three dresses to try on. After trying on the dresses, I was still unsure because they looked great, but just didn't have the 'wow' factor that I was looking for. Mary then suggested 2 other dresses that she felt would suit me based on what I had chosen previously...and needless to say, I fell in LOVE with the first one she suggested and didn't need to look any further. I had found the ONE dress I could actually imagine myself walking down the aisle in. I was amazed how this lady who had only seen me for about 20 minutes immediately recognised what I would love and further more what would suit my figure. I am not the smallest lady in the world, but wearing that dress made me feel like a true princess. Mary pinned the dress accordingly and took my measurements. I ordered the dress and put down my deposit. I was told that it would take 6 months for the dress to be made and delivered to the gallery. I was then phoned by a member of their helpful staff to arrange a fitting. Through the entire process, I felt at ease, reassured and most importantly I found THE dress I had always wanted. I am definitely going to recommend RFDG to anyone and everyone I know that is getting married, and hence I felt the need to write it here as well. I would highly urge anyone who is looking for a dress to try RFDG.

I tried 7 dresses and I loved 3 of them. A lovely lady in the shop gave me advice to help me choosing my dream wedding dress. They had lovely bridesmaid dresses that I'm going to order this week.

I recently got married. I purchased my dress from RFDG London. I purchased a Benjamin Roberts dress with 4 Alfred Angelo bridesmaids. I was very happy with the service and the prices on offer considering this is a central London showroom. I would definitely recommend RFDG London to any bride-to-be.
