Staff are there to sell anything kind of saree . Be careful in there . Lack of knowledge in what they sell .

Very rude staff member . They sold a saree which the border was upside down and they call it fashion. Not willing to refund .

Oh dear. I see the last review was about 6 months ago and I have to say today their service was no better! I had travelled a long way to get to visit the store but the two shop assistants were rude, reluctant to give information and trying to get them to even show us saris was like getting blood from a stone. Anyone would think they resented having customers!! Very unfortunate as their outfits were beautiful, but will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this shop to anyone! P.S. There was no option to give zero stars.

I went to RCKC in wembley today and was really disappointed. The service was lousy. The man (Punkaj) who was serving us was really reluctant to show us many sarees even though I told him what type I liked. I actually had to point to sarees that I wanted to see. When I did find a saree I liked, I asked to try it on and he said "just put it on your shoulder" however minutes before a customer was given help to wear a saree which she eventually bought. I obviously began to think this guy does not think much of us but decided to buy the saree. However, I asked him why he let the other woman try on a saree but told me to put mine on my shoulder. He did not have an answer and I ended up having an arguement with him. This is not a shop I would visit again!!

Ordered my wedding outfit at RCKC wembley,it was a fantastic experience their bridal consultant made me feel so special and comfortable and spent over 2 hours helping me decide.Wore the lehenga at my wedding it was looking amazing..thank you RCKC for making my special day even more special.

I was in Wembley looking at outfits so thought I'd pop into RCKC. If you are a bride to be you have to now book an appointment with RCKC for a consultant to go through designs and what they have. That bit I can understand but what shocked me was the total lack of customer service when we stepped in. After the woman there with a grumpy face blurted out wedding outfits were by appointment only but we could look at the outfits on display, there was no effort to ask if we wanted to book an appointment or any effort for them to see if they could fit us in. To top it off I got a look of disgust when I started asking the prices of some of the outfits there (definitely overpriced), but that doesn't mean I can't afford them if I wanted to!

A guy there came over to show me one outfit I liked but told me straight away it couldn't be customised and would take 4 months to order?! 4 months?! Wake up RCKC. You may have been one of the first modern looking shops for Indian clothes in Wembley with a decent reputation 6 years ago, but now you're a bunch of arrogant, rude individuals with over priced products and no idea of customer service. You can't even get yourselves a decent website anymore.

For any brides looking for quality and who may or may not for that matter have hundreds or thousands to spend I would recommend Laukikacollection.com, sfcollection.com and Rangoli and Ladlee in Wembley. Variety Silk house are pricey but at least you get decent customer service there.

I ordered my wedding outfit from the RCKC shop in Wembley and can say without a shadow of a doubt that it was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. It seemed as though they didn't have a clue about what they are doing and as a result I was subjected to a catalogue of errors, which went on for months.

My dress turned up late, in the wrong fabric colour, and wrong embroidery detail a week before our wedding abroad! To top it off upon taking the outfit home and trying it on for a friend, the zip broke.

My fiance and I took the dress back the following day, to express our absolute disappointment at spending a large amount of money on a wedding outfit, to find it was fitted with such a poor quality zip. We highlighted the item being made in the wrong colour and detail, to which the staff member informed us she had thrown away the swatch sample and order form, leaving us unable to prove any differences. We could have walked away, but this would mean having to go and buy an off the shelf normal dress for the biggest day of my life, so we went on and hoped that it would all turn out OK. They mended the zip and had it sent back to us, and to our horror there was a stain on the garment. When I called them up quite upset, they denied it had anything to do with them. I had to personally buy some beads to sew over the stain.

We used the dress for our wedding with regret as in hindsight I feel I have been scarred by the entire issue and I actually find it difficult to look at my Wedding photos with the knowledge that I'm wearing a dress that was very expensive, far from my ordered garment and the wrong colour.

Seemingly in admission to their chaotic service, RCKC tried correcting one part of the outfit for a wedding blessing party we were having at a later date and again we were presented with 2 failed attempts to make the garment to the original design.

They ended up making the entire outfit from scratch, without my knowledge: If I'd known this I could have ensured they had got the colour correct. A wedding dress is the most important item of clothing a girl is likely to buy; it's a day when you want to look and feel fantastic. Instead the memories of my wedding dress have left me feeling very disappointed, cheated and frustrated, sentiment's I share about RCKC. In my experience RCKC displayed little professionalism and poor treatment of a customer looking for something very special. I have tried to correspond with RCKC to discuss the matter further and have had no response as of yet.
