I recently went to a wedding fair, where i met someone representing Wedding world in folkestone. I arrived in folkestone unable to find the shop and asked a passer by where it was,she said she was unsure 'which' shop it was as there was 2 wedding dress shops close to each other, directing me to both i set off to find my perfect dress!Wedding world was an instant mistake, rude, unwelcoming and a waste of time! However, Remembering that i was told there were 2 shops i thought it was worth trying my luck on the 2nd shop, Upon arrival i saw a small looking shop, pretty eye-catching window displays and 2 staff members looking out 1000 times more welcoming than the previous shop. I was instantly greeted and made to feel welcome, the lovely ladies that work in pumpkins and dragonflies offered all different styles, I tried on countless dresses and it was no bother to them, they were just happy to offer advice. In service and variety, Pumpkins and dragonflies was a million times better and i will only ever recommend them to anyone who will listen, Whilst i am writing this review I would like to thank Wedding World for being at the wedding fair as if you werent there i wouldnt of found Pumpkins and dragonflies. I hope lots of Mother of the brides, Brides to be and bridesmaids read this and try out Pumpkins and Dragonflies. I am one extremely satisfied customer!

Amazing service, really friendly and bubbly staff

Friendly bridal shop. Excellent service provided as they found me a dress to try on which I didn't like on the coathanger, but ended up being the one I bought. I had visited a number of shops including travelling to London and Bluewater and found them the best. I was really worried as I had been told that I had left it too late to get a new dress in for my wedding in August, but this isn't the case with Pumpkins and Dragonflies as they have ordered me a brand new one in and the dress will be here in July. I can't wait.

Received excellent service when I went looking for a wedding dress. Had visited others in same town and they were very pushy....these ladies were wonderful.

Very private and personal service downstairs...out of the way of prying eyes. Lots of dresses in different styles and colours to choose from. Very happy with dress purchased.

Found this gem by pure luck! Wedding dress shop with loads more - stationery, albums, gifts, favours...plus all the bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses you could possibly want to try on. Service was excellent.

I went there the other day after a nasty experience in a neighbouring shop with my mum, and they were absolutely lovely. Although it's only a tiny shop, they have a huge range of dresses available to try on.

We were shown all the gowns and then I tried on at least 10. Each one getting better and better. I was treated like a princess, and I know that I have found the dress of my dreams. My mum had a tear in her eye when I came out of the changing room!!

They stock loads of bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, and have tiaras made exclusively for them - although they are not expensive.
