Principia Bridal, Middlesbrough

I have had a very bad experience with Principia,its supposed to be the happiest time of a bride to be life, but mines been one I will love to forget, they don't want to know when you have cleared off your account, they keep changing deliver dates on dresses, over all I think it's a real bad shop

Out of 3 bridesmaid dresses I bought from Principia in Middlesbrough, only one is wearable. One is faulty, and 2 bridesmaid's were ordered the wrong size. The store will not accept that they are in the wrong. After poor customer service, it was clear to see they would not put their mistakes right.
