If I could have given minus one million stars I would. This company are con artists. I purchased 2 olive green dresses in January for wedding in September. Ordered up the sizes needed. They were shipped out within a few weeks. When we received the dresses,both were extremely small. Contacted them regarding this. It took over one month....yes ONE MONTH for them to give me a half educated response. Each day we sent emails requesting contact numbers etc to contact them directly. They wouldn't give us any. They also sent back 3 word sentences as a response,and almost every time it had nothing to do with the corresponding emails we sent. Then we opened ups PayPal dispute with them and told me they wouldn't exchange the dresses as they just destroyed them and asked me to pay for another 2 dresses. I refused and then they asked me to pay for one dress, I refused, I ended up paying £90 for 2 new custom dresses. Now after another few weeks my new dresses haven't arrived, they have been lost in the mail, and I am now seeking legal advice. Have reopened another dispute with this company and will continue to do so until this company either shuts down or resolves its disgraceful customer service. I have never encountered such an unprofessional business anywhere in the world. Do not purchase from this company, they will leave you out of pocket and very upset and frustrated. Our dream wedding has been DESTROYED by these people and they do not care. Please save yourself the time and look elsewhere. I anve spent the money for 3 dresses overal and ended up with 2 that I don't want or need and no other ones.....work that one out.

H, i ordered 3 fushia pink dresses from this company. they sent me red!! as this is the biggest days of our lives i was devestated, the company emailed me and told me they were of similar colour right and very beautiful. i was shocked they would say such a thing. they wouldn't resolve this they said they would do a partical refund of 90GBP after many emailes back and forth- which of course i never got!! think its discusting people can do this. would never reccomend this company. i am now left with 3 red dresses which is not my colour theme and out of pocket.

i have just recieved 2 flower girl dresses they are better then the picture shows so pleased the service was so prompt and very helpful i would say order from this company you will not be disappointed

I just wanted to say a big thank you. I got my dress (custom ms125) and it is amazing!! I need to make a few alterations to the waist area but other than that, outstanding. I felt like a princess when i tried it on, i can't wait for my big day now and I may even come to you for a evening wedding dress... The detail is wonderful, i highly praise you and have recommended you to all my friends.
