My experience at Nancy Jane could not have been more perfect. My eldest daughter is getting married and you would expect as it is supposed to be a magical day and a once in a lifetime day. Our first visit there was to look at brides dresses, the girls were brilliant nothing was too much trouble,my daughter tried several dresses on, the advisor treated her like the most special person in the world.After deciding on the right dress, it needed to be ordered in the right size, this was carried out by the girls most professionally and was delivered on the dot when promised. My daughter returned there to pick her bridesmaid dresses where yet again perfect prompt and efficient service was provided.I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants there special day to start well with choosing there perfect dress for there dream wedding. I am returning myself to get a mother of the bride outfit and look forward to seeing the girls again well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience at Nancy Janes!!! I dealt with a lady and she was amazing! Beautiful selection of dresses all with a reasonable price tag. My first visit of trying on dresses & I left with the dress of my dreams! : )

After shopping around for my wedding dress, a friend recommended I visit Nancy Janes and I am so glad I did, she is fantastic. I had an idea of the design I was looking for and she matched dresses to this and also slipped in a dress that she thought would look good, the dress was made for me! I have since been back and paid my deposit for my dress and I have to say that the welcome you receive is always fab. I will be recommending all my friends visit here if they are getting married, friendly and relaxed and there is no pressure sales :) I will review again once I have my beautiful dress :))))

I went to try on and pick up my wedding dress up on Saturday morning (28th July 2012) from Nancy Jane Brides and all I can say is WOW!!

The dress is amazing and fits absolutely perfect. The service I got when I arrived was second to none and nothing was too much trouble, they suggested veils and tiara’s to match the dress but was not pressured into buying either, I did order a matching veil and tiara as what they suggested matched my beautiful perfect.

They made me feel like I was the only person that mattered that morning and I would like say a big thank you to Becky and Rachel…I cannot wait to pick the bridesmaid dresses up now and go through the whole experience again :)

All I can say is amazing! Being a "larger lady" I was worried about the whole scary thing of buying a dress.I was worried about even fitting in a dress never mind worrying about the dilema of having to choose betweeen four geourgeous dresses!!!!!! They suck you in and hide all the bits we would rather forget about! On my wedding day all everyone was saying to me was how beautiful and well I looked, but the hushed whispers meant more! omg she looks stunning. thankyou so much x from begining to end icould not be happier!! I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE

Gorgeous dresses, fantastic staff, lovely decor, excellent prices... Need I say more? Made wedding dress shopping a memorable experience, for all the right reasons.

I had no problems, from ordering my dress, right through to recieving it. It fitted like a dream. Nothing was to much to ask, and the staff seem highly experienced at what they do, in comparison to some of the other bridal shops I have visited, who seemed somewhat disinterested.

At first I was really impressed by the shop, but after ordered a dress it turned into a nightmare! It was a ctalogue of errors, they ordered the wrong size and tried to blame me and their customer service was horrific. I am now left with a wedding in 8 weeks and no dress! Its not worth the risk - try another shop!

I pass Nancy Jane Brides shop every day on my way to work & love the dresses in the window - I coudnt wait until I has reason to go in!! How pleased I was when I did go in looking for my dress, the dresses here are gorgeous & the prices are very good (I didnt have a massive budget)

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, I felt like a princess.

I went to look at some wedding dresses as I passed Nancy Jane Brides again by accident really. and I must admit it is a small cosy shop. the staff are fantastic and the dresses are gorgeous I'm getting 7 dresses in total n it is fantastic value for money xxx

I went to some other bridal shops and found the staff to be snooty and made me feel out of place, however at Nancy Jane Brides the staff were very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

I choose 4 dresses, but knew the 3rd was "my dress", staff gave honest opinions when they thought dresses did not reflect my best features and I was made up, my dress cost £750.00 and is worth every penny (the cheapest dress I looked at was about £600 and was still gorgeous!). I cant wait until it arrives!!!
