Leslie Hatcher Proms

I have recieved terrible customer service from Leslie Hatcher and would advice brides not to touch it with a barge pole. The managering director is the rudest man I have ever met ( and being a teacher I have met a few trust me). I was promised several dates for my dress adm after calling to chase up was spoken to extremely rudely and when I entered the store to chase up was shouted and ranted at which left me leaving the store in tears. I have finally recieved my dress with 8 weeks to go amd decided not to use them for my alterations due to the poor service. I cannot fault the ladies upstairs and i agree with the first review and they did make me feel very special. 

It is just a shame that the manager does not share their level of customer service for someone who has been in the business for 30 years he really doesn't undersand his customers and business at all.

After paying in full for my wedding dress, when it arrived they had ordered the WRONG size, told me they would have to alter it considerably. They carried out the work and then proceeded to charge me £90 extra for it!! I was never informed of any alteration charge or even asked if I wanted to go ahead. They refused to release the dress until I'd paid and at 3 days before the date, I had no choice but to cough up. I contacted the dress designer to complain only to find out they had charged me £200 over the retail price to start with. The staff were rude and ignorant!! Would NEVER recommend.

Choosing a prom dress for my daughter was a fantastic experience but tense at times. We finally decided to go to Leslie Hatcher Proms in Swindon and this was amazing. They were kind, not pushy like in other boutiques. We didn't have much to spend but as usual the dress Claire chose was outside our budget bracket. Leslie tried to give some alternatives to the dress she liked but Claire's heart was on the red Tiffany. We arranged for a payment plan with Leslie. Everything was clockwork after that. T our surprise, we received a thank you card with a few vouchers for hair, nails and limos. That was a kind gesture and really nice. The team at leslie hatcher is fantastic and we would recommend anyone to go there for their prom dress. Our other daughter will have her prom next year and we surely will go back to Leslie Hatcher.
